I create social media content that educates, inspires, uplifts and helps people recognize how good life really can and should be.
I advise and help early stage businesses and entrepreneurs ideate, launch, solidify and improve their digital presence and brand strategy.
Hi, I’m Ryan Boswell.
I’m the President of Cold Plunge Studios. We’re building health and wellness studios across the US. My partners and I are based in Indianapolis, IN and involved in multiple business ventures.
Free time I’m a content creator, brand strategist, avid golfer, card collector, husband and dad to two golden retriever pups.
I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, now living in the Western United States. My whole life I’ve balanced (or tried to balance) living with ADHD, Anxiety and OCD.
In August of 2021 I officially got diagnosed with ADHD and my whole life changed. Now I’m on a mission to help others learn to be more productive, stay organized and enjoy life more fully.
In my free time I help businesses improve their digital presence. From everything to social media strategy to customer experience.. I’ve done it all with over 200 brands.
