  1. Write everything down that you’re stressed about at work
    1. What projects do you have your hands on?
    2. What responsibilities do you have right now?
    3. What might not directly be on your task list but that you should probably do?
  2. What was the most stressful part of your week?
    1. Write it down on a piece of paper, crumple it up and throw it in the trash. Now that you have that out of your system, you can move on and not have to carry that with you

Now that you’ve answered the questions above, put down all your tasks that need to get done. Move the tasks based on progress to keep track of everything you’re working on. Reference this board frequently and add/remove to it as needed.
