    1. Meetings
    2. Plans
    3. Activities
  3. What tasks do you need to get done today?

    1. Reference weekly task list
  4. When will I work today?

    1. Set three 2-Hour Time blocks for dedicated deep work
  5. What are my meals for the day today?

    1. Make sure to hit all three meals
    2. Get balanced/sufficient nutrition
  6. When will I grow today?

    1. Gym time
    2. Reading Books
  7. Fill in time with any final things

Evening Recap Outline

  1. Did you hit/achieve for your focuses and goals for today?
    1. Do you feel like you were grounded to your intentions?
  2. Did you get all your tasks done?
    1. If not, move tasks from today to tomorrow.
  3. What was your favorite part of today?
  4. Was today a good day?
    1. Once you finish this routine you can tell yourself "I've done all I need to do for today. It's okay to wind down for tomorrow."
